Where are you from?
- We moved around a lot when I was growing up, but usually I claim Michigan as my home state as we always seemed to return there, and I spent my high school years for the most part in Michigan.
How long have you been a trainer?
- I have been training now for just about 10 years.
Favorite exercise?
- My favorite exercise is the deadlift. Great full body strength move!
Why are you in the health/wellness industry?
- I kind of fell not the industry as a student athlete, and started training people before I ever really sat down to think about what I wanted to do as a career.
What's your go-to healthy snack?
- Go to healthy snack is almonds
What's your go-to indulgence?
- Go to indulgence would be ice cream.

- Bulgarian Split Squat
Why are you in the health/wellness industry?
- I really enjoy working with people & helping them get stronger/accomplish their goals. Seeing a big smile on my clients face once they accomplish something lights me up!

- 3 eggs, cheese, and a side of fresh fruit

- Chocolate, I'm addicted

- Lat pull downs and bent over rows
Why are you in the health/wellness industry?
- Exercise and fitness related goals give me focus and motivation and I love to share that mentality by being a source of encouragement for others to find and develop their own passion in fitness.

- Honeycrisp apples with peanut butter
