WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Strength First Programming

    Stop guessing and start building. Our programming prioritizes compound movements and progressive loading to increase lean muscle and bone density. Every "Phase" is a deliberate step toward your strongest, most resilient self. Expect to complete 3-5 sets of the main exercises.

  • Personalized Coaching

    You aren't just a number in a crowded room. Our coaches provide individual form corrections and weight-selection guidance during every circuit. Whether you’re perfecting your deadlift or mastering a front squat, we ensure you’re moving safely and effectively. New to lifting? We will take care of you and show you correct form.

  • Station Based

    Our station-based layout means no wandering the gym floor or waiting for equipment. Every 50-minute session is organized into dedicated zones, allowing you to focus entirely on your form and intensity while we manage the clock. Expect to be in a station with a few other members. It will keep the motivation high!

  • Strength is Contagious

    Join a culture of high-fives and hard work where the person next to you is your biggest motivator. When that person in your station hits their final rep, it pushes you to find that extra 10% you’d never find training alone. All led by a coach who knows your name. Come join the Sweat Community!
