CIRCUIT

The ultimate hybrid of strength and stamina. This session is engineered to build functional strength, endurance, and muscle tone in a high-energy format. To ensure growth, each class features 1–2 focused lifts repeated over a 4-week phase, paired with secondary lifts that vary weekly. These movements are integrated with strategic cardio machine intervals used to either elevate your heart rate or assist in recovery. With expert coaching and fully scalable movements, it’s the perfect balance of grit and athleticism for all fitness levels.

Let’s build serious strength. This strength-forward session is designed for those who want to build lean muscle through focused, high-quality movement. Each class features 1–2 focused lifts repeated over a 4-week phase for measurable progress, complemented by secondary lifts that change from week to week to keep your body challenged. With dedicated rest periods to maximize your output, a slower pace, and minimal cardio, this is the perfect environment to prioritize proper form and consistent strength gains.

Core & Conditioning

Your ultimate high-energy sweat session and strength-building session. This class is a comprehensive total-body experience designed to skyrocket your cardio endurance while building functional strength and core stability.

We maximize every minute by utilizing a versatile range of equipment, including barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and slam balls, alongside our cardio machines. Every station is strategically designed to challenge your limits and refine your power. Whether you’re looking to torch calories or hit new strength milestones, come ready to move, lift, and leave stronger than when you walked in!
