To ensure growth, each class features 1–2 focused lifts repeated over a 4-week phase, paired with secondary lifts that vary weekly. With expert coaching and fully scalable movements, it’s the perfect balance of grit and athleticism for all fitness levels.

Each class features 1–2 focused lifts repeated over a 4-week phase for measurable progress, complemented by secondary lifts that change from week to week to keep your body challenged. With dedicated rest periods to maximize your output, a slower pace, and minimal cardio, this is the perfect environment to prioritize proper form and consistent strength gains.
